Erich Bucher has over 30 years’ public accounting experience. He specialises in providing audit services primarily to private companies and internationally operating companies. His clients are drawn from various industries and his professional focus lies on auditing industries including services, IT, pharma, manufacturing and distribution.
He has carried out audits of consolidated and standalone financial statements prepared under Swiss GAAP, IFRS as well as US GAAP. Besides extensive experience in the planning and carrying out of transnational audits, he has extensive expertise in due diligence and corporate valuations in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
