Nicolas Salle is a Manager in the transaction Services/M&A division at Grant Thornton in Zurich

Professional experience

Before joining Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein in 2021, Nicolas worked in the Transaction Services/M&A department at Grant Thornton France for three years.
He has been involved in several Due Diligence (Sell-side and Buy-side) and M&A Advisory projects. His activities include transactions with Swiss and international clients focusing on local and cross-border deals in Europe, USA and Asia.
As part of his role, he has supported clients and managed project in Financial services, Healthcare, Industrial production and manufacturing, Logistics, Technology and Professional services industries.
Prior joining the Transaction Services/M&A division, Nicolas also gained experience working in the Audit department at Grant Thornton and a Big Four company in France. His focus was Healthcare and industrial production.
The local and international clients were unregulated, regulated and listed. Nicolas has gained experience in Accounting and Reporting according to the Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER, French GAAP and IFRS.
