As a result of having worked in this field for many years, he is specialised in building up and transforming risk & governance functions and in performing internal audit and control assignments that create added value.
He has successfully implemented and managed numerous internal audits and internal control projects at global level with international teams. His main clients are Swiss companies with worldwide operations.

Thomas Michel is a certified internal auditor (CIA), has an IIA certificate on the quality assurance of internal audit functions and has a Master of Arts in Business Administration.
He is a member of Swiss IIA and is on the board of SwissERM association.
