Experience

John Campbell leads Grant Thornton’s practice in the French speaking region of Switzerland.
John joined Grant Thornton in 2010 after 27 years with KPMG in the UK, Belgium and Switzerland.
He has led audits under Swiss GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, served as managing partner of KPMG’s
Geneva audit practice, and served as an IFRS instructor and quality control partner. In addition John
led a Transaction Advisory Services business, and has extensive experience of local and cross border
transactions for strategic and private equity clients. John has led, also, advisory professional services
relationships with significant businesses on a global basis.

Memberships

John is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is registered with the
Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority as an audit expert.
